First mod that allows you to CONSTRUCT BUILDINGS ON ALL FREE BUILDING SLOTS. All buildings will keep all terrain, holding types and coastal requirements: you won't get just random buildings, that's not how I make mods :3. Innovations requirement not needed though. changed 8 free building slots to 7 buildings slots.
